At 9pm, the Modern Family season finale sees Cam and Mitch figuring out how to spend time with Lily now that Cam has taken a gig out of town.

At 9:30pm, Black-ish wraps its second season with a tribute to the classic Norman Lear sitcom Good Times.

Then, at 10pm, it's the second-to-last episode of Nashville. We're not sure what's in store for gay singer Will Lexington, but Sir Elton John appears as himself.

Thursday

At 8pm on ABC, it's the Grey's Anatomy season finale—which promises to be bloody, as another Seattle Grace doctor dies.

On the CW at 8pm, DC's Legends of Tomorrow closes out its first season with the team returning to Central City to take a break before their ultimate battle with Vandal Savage.

At 10pm, Sarah makes a big decision on BBC America's Orphan Black, and Cosima isn't sure she will live enough to find a cure for the disorder that's killing her.

Friday

Netflix debuts Lady Dynamite, which reunites comedian Maria Bamford with Arrested Development creator Mitch Hurwitz. The show criss-crosses three timelines—one in the present day, one about a decade ago when Bamford was just starting out, and the last when she was living at home with mom and dad.

Saturday

At 8pm, All the Way adapts the Tony-winning play about LBJ's (Bryan Cranston) efforts to pass the Civil Rights Act.

At 11:30pm, Fred Armisen graduates to host for the Saturday Night Live season finale on NBC.

Sunday

At 8pm, the season finale of The Simspsons takes on Orange Is the New Black when Marge goes to prison, which feels more like a vacation to her than a punishment.

At 9pm, AMC wraps Fear the Walking Dead for the spring. The group has made it to Thomas' home in Mexico, just in time for Strand to find out his boyfriend is dying. What more can go wrong? (because it always goes wrong on Walking Dead.)

Then at 10pm, AMC premieres Preacher, an adaptation of the graphic novel about a jaded minister, his girlfriend and a vampire, who are all running from an international conspiracy that dates back millennia.
